He has always been a very keen sportsman and uses his knowledge of the body and mechanics in his treatment and management approaches having had experience in numerous sports himself ranging from Motocross, downhill mountain biking, boxing/kickboxing, running, swimming, cycling, AFL, basketball, weightlifting/powerlifting and Crossfit.

Outside of work, Locky enjoys motorbike riding, camping and four-wheel driving. Locky loves adventure and jumped at the opportunity to head up to the Northern most point of Australia via the Old Telegraph track (the most iconic 4WD track in Australia) as well as around Fraser Island on his way back down to Melbourne.

Locky and his wife were also crazy enough to travel to Nepal in 2017 and trek to Everest Base Camp, Gokyo Ri and Chola pass for their honeymoon, and have continued with their love of hiking and trekking since getting back, and completing many multi-day trips since.

He and his wife Lauren are proud parents of their 2 young boys, Harvey and Bodhi, who both definitely keeps them on their toes. As well as their Fur Babies Teeka (who you may see around the clinic) and Monty the 2 Staffy's. The 6 of them love exploring the wild, riding their bikes (although Harvey is a little too confident, and takes after his father) and spending time at the beach and exploring the great outdoors.
